We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |

| Background |
Murine Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is expressed by the IL13 gene located on the chromosome 11 and secreted by many cell types, especially T helper type 2 (Th2) cells. Targeted deletion of IL-13 in mice resulted in impaired Th2 cell development and indicated an important role for IL-13 in the expulsion of gastrointestinal parasites. IL-13 has been implicated as a key factor in asthma, allergy, atopy and inflammatory response, establishing the protein as a valuable therapeutic target. Human, mouse and rat IL-3 share low homology, but have cross species activity. |

保存條件:
-20℃或更低溫度保存，至少一年有效。由于蛋白的每次凍融均會引起部分失活，所以首次配制成相應濃度的儲存液后(請根據產品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液)，須分裝后-20℃或更低溫度凍存，以避免反復凍融。
注意事項:
由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結合位點，使細胞因子或重組蛋白不會粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液。

使用說明：
1. 收到產品后請立即按照說明書推薦的條件保存。除非特別注明，相關產品均為凍干粉，由于微量的蛋白在凍干過程中沉積在管內，形成很薄或不可見的蛋白層，所以在打開管蓋前，我們建議在離心機中約8,000-12,000g離心10-30秒，使附著在管蓋或管壁上的蛋白聚集于管底。
2. 請根據實驗目的并按照產品簡介中Reconstitution一欄中的信息配制儲存液。大多數細胞因子或重組蛋白的凍干粉是非常容易溶解的，一般用移液槍的槍頭輕吹幾下或者輕輕搖晃瓶子，即可使細胞因子或重組蛋白完全溶解。請勿用vortex劇烈振蕩，以免蛋白變性而失活。
3. 具體的最佳工作濃度請自行參考相關文獻，或者根據實驗目的，以及特定細胞和動物，通過實驗進行摸索和優化。
